Lorne Novolker
Lorne is a successful entrepreneur, executive, and learning and performance improvement expert, passionate about digital transformation and the future of work. Lorne is vice president of Digital Learning Solutions at Calian. He co-founded Prospero Learning Solutions in 1998 and held the roles of president and CEO. When Prospero was acquired by GP Strategies in 2013, Lorne became vice president running the Canadian operation for GP Strategies. Lorne was also part of the GP Strategies global leadership team for the Digital Learning Services and Solutions practice. Lorne has managed projects and relationships with some of the world’s leading organizations including Walmart, Amazon, Citi, Coca-Cola, Exxon, Suncor, TD, RBC, Pfizer, CN, TransCanada, Enbridge, HSBC, Rogers, KPMG, Canadian Army, Royal Canadian Navy, as well as many government departments and Crown Corporations.
