Cait Quinn

Cait Quinn has been in the L&D field for nearly 20 years, ranging from K-8 music teacher, to Apple trainer, to systems training designer. In her current role as Manager of Instructional Design at SiriusXM she leads a team of designers who focus on global contact center learning programs. Cait holds a BM in Music Education from Boston University.
