Technology Strategy for Leaders
Every learning and development person has gotten that request. You know, the one where you immediately want to ask: "Are you sure that’s a training problem?" But you can't always make that case when stakeholders come to you with a training solution already in mind. Having concrete methods to analyze the underlying issues can make all the difference when persuading stakeholders and solving actual business problems. In this session, you'll find out how to use systems theory and systems mapping to address the "it’s not a training problem" problem and to reinforce the factors outside the learning experience that need to be aligned for a learning initiative to be successful.
