It's All About People: Stakeholder Management in Instructional Design

Feb 06, 2023
E-Learning
Have you seen timelines get completely derailed when people are not on the same page as you? Have projects come to an absolute stop because of broken communication? How many times have you experienced scope creep due to the unmanaged expectations of key stakeholders? Instructional design is very political, and whether you are a project lead or an individual contributor, stakeholder relationship management is critical to ensure the success of your projects. In this session, you will learn how to map out, communicate, and progressively build rapport with your stakeholders, as well as how to devise a strategy to educate them, gain their support, and deal with conflict when it inevitably arises.
