Pitfalls and Proud Moments: Lessons From the vILT Scramble

Feb 09, 2023
Virtual Classroom
In the scramble of the COVID-19 pandemic, when it came to adapting instructor-led training (ILT) to virtual instructor-led training (vILT), we built the tracks in front of the oncoming train to meet learning needs. However, that virtual option has become more than a temporary solution for a moment in time—it’s the new normal. Now that we’ve grown more adept in the vILT realm, it’s time to review what we’ve done well and where we can continue to grow. Join this session to explore strategies for using design thinking to enhance your vILT by applying best practices for developing content to set virtual facilitators up for success, identifying the right technology for delivery, and much more!
