In the scramble of the COVID-19 pandemic, when it came to adapting instructor-led training (ILT) to virtual instructor-led training (vILT), we built the tracks in front of the oncoming train to meet learning needs. However, that virtual option has become more than a temporary solution for a moment in time—it’s the new normal.
